In order to encourage more Officials to apply for a licence, the Regional Management Board agreed that the West Midland Region would pay for all Officials to be licensed (first applications only).
The National Licensing Panel has introduced the requirement that all Judges at Level 1 and Level 2 meets must be licensed from September 2010. Furthermore, from September 2011 the minimum level for Level 1 and Level 2 meets shall be licensed Judge Level 1 (i.e. timekeepers can no longer be used).
The criteria for support will apply to Officials who live in and are members of clubs in the West Midland Region.
