The Midland Synchronised Swimming Championships and Age Groups were held at Walsall Gala Baths on Sunday 25th October 2009 with swimmers from three West Midland clubs attending – City of Birmingham, Rugby, and Walsall Synchro.
The routine events included solos, duets and combo teams in the Age Groups, and duet and team events in the Championships.
City of Birmingham won both the Championship Duet and Combo.
In the 13/14years Combo event both City of Birmingham and Walsall Synchro had the same total score - as a result of a higher Technical Merit score, Birmingham took the gold medal.
