Nick Gillingham MBE is holding a Breaststroke clinic on Saturday 12th December 2009 at Rugeley Leisure Centre.

The clinic is aimed at competitive swimmers aged 10 - 16 years whose main stroke is breaststroke or for those who simply want to improve their breaststroke for individual medley or general competition.

There will be 2 groups each with a 2-hour pool session including starts and turns, a presentation on 'Planning and Success', a question and answer session and photo and autograph opportunity.
