We would like you to take a few minutes to complete an independent survey that is being carried out on behalf of British Swimming.

We are very keen to hear your views - whether you are a parent, participant, spectator, teacher, coach, volunteer or just a general swimming fan. Please try and complete the survey as fully and honestly as possible. The information will only be used for internal research purposes and to improve the services that the British Swimming Supporters Club offers.  Your details will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any other organisation but will be used to keep you informed. There is an option to opt out of receiving this information at the end of the survey.
