£5 per swimmer
(Pre booking essential, places are limited)
The session will be under the direction of Coaches:
Glenn Smith ASA Coach and Ian Johnston Market Harborough Masters Coach
The session is designed for competitive Masters Swimmers wanting to improve, fine tune or completely rebuild your starts and turns!
Swimmers are advised to bring a drink, an extra towel and t-shirt to keep warm on poolside.
