The awards, in association with the Foundation for Sport and the Arts (FS) and runningsports, recognise sports clubs which have made an outstanding contribution within their community.
There are substantial prizes up for grabs with the winning club receiving £6000. There are two second prizes of £3000 each and three third place prizes of £1000.
