Gymnastics in Moldova

LAUSANNE (SUI), FIG Office, October 30, 2009: The FIG is happy to inform, that the internal situation concerning the Presidency of the National Artistic Gymnastics Federation of the Republic of Moldova (F.N.G.A.) has now been decided.

The President of the NOC Moldova, Mr. Nicolae Juravschi, confirmed to the FIG in writing October 28, 2009 that Mr. luuri Tiomnii is recognised as legal President of F.N.G.A. The above is supported by a confirmation from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova as well as by other documents received from the NOC of Moldova.

Based on the above, the FIG recognises The National Artistic Gymnastics Federation of the Republic of Moldova (F.N.G.A) as the only FIG affiliated federation in the Republic of Moldova for all disciplines. This recognition must be respected by all Members of the FIG Authorities, Continental Unions and Member Federations.
