Equipment

Long-term FIG partner Janssen-Fritsen will supply the apparatus equipment for this event.
In 1987, the same Ahoy Arena hosted the 24th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships. The competition was the first official event totally and successfully operated by Longines technology. As a result, a ground-breaking agreement was signed with Longines Watch Co. Ltd management in 1989. Today, 23 years later, Longines is still the proud partner of the FIG and a strategic contributor to the success of gymnastics worldwide. To foreground its partnership with the FIG, Longines introduced its first integrated CIS (Commentator Information System) in 1987 for TV commentators working with NOS broadcast production, headed up by Martin Lindenberg.

Media accreditation

Media representatives wishing to cover the 42nd FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships on site are requested to apply online for media accreditation via the FIG Media Manager tool.

Event website

As was done for London 2009, the FIG will open an exclusive event website for all official information, news and results approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the championships. Until the microsite is launched, all documents and articles relating to the 2010 Artistic World Championships can be consulted here.
You can visit the Organising Committee’s website at http://www.gymnastics2010.com/en/ and information on ticket sales is provided here.
