The ASA East Region Open Water Swimming Championships will take place on 20th July at Whitlingham Lakes, Norwich.

The longest Championship distance has been changed to 5k.  This has meant that the East Region has been included in the ASA Grand Prix Series where there is prize money not only for the final event but also in each regional competition.  We have retained the Novice 800m to give newcomers a chance to try swimming Open Water but have added a 17+ Age Group to allow older swimmers to enter if they wish.  The Committee has also removed the restriction of entry to only one event.
Any club with swimmers entering each of the four events (male or female) will be automatically entered in the team competition.  (Please see entry form for details).
