ASA East Region Championships, Age Group and Masters Age Group events on Sunday 18 July 2010 at Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre, Trowse, Norwich NR14 8TR.

There is an event for all ages from 11 years and over (age at 31.12.2010) covering distances of 800m, 1.5k, 3k and 5k.

All swimmers are welcome to enter - temporary membership is available for non-ASA members.
