It took time, but in the end it is SWISS TIMING who provides the technology solutions for key areas in the management of The World Games 2009. Accreditation, timing scoring, results and information systems will all be supplied by the renowned Swiss company.

Negotations between the World Games organizers and the Swiss company had started in June 2007 - click here - and they were finalized with a ceremony on 20 March in Kaohsiung. 

The CEOs of the Kaohsiung Organizing Committee, Chi Cheng, and of SWISS TIMING,  Christophe Berthaud, signed the formal contract.

Altius: Anna Dogonadze, GER 15 Mar 2005
Anna Dogonadze won the bronze at The World Games 1997 Lahti in women’s individual trampoline for herself and her native Georgia. When trampoline premiered in the Sydney 2000 Olympics, Anna competed for Germany.
