The registration for the second International Forum on Sport for Peace and Development, which will be held at the United Nations Offices in Geneva, Switzerland, on 10 and 11 May 2011 is now open.

The Forum will provide a unique platform for two days of debate on how sport is delivering in achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and in building a culture of peace. From discussions on policy development to the sharing of good practices, it will assess the successes and challenges of using sport as a tool for human development and peace promotion and set the scene for collective future endeavours in this field.
