Ingrid Cain Crossed the high seas to take part in the New York Marathon last weekend (otherwise known as her very own Marathon) She had an excellant run, after such dedicated training would we expect anything different: finishing in a pretty impressive 3hrs 58mins (which also happens to be a 'good for age') A huge well done, and look forward to reading your report Ing!
