The leaflet is available in the Downloads section of this site or by clicking here. If you need to rotate the leaflet there's an option "Rotate View" on the "View" menu (at least there is in my version of PDF reader).

I know absolutely nothing about this technique (or person) but have to say it sounds very interesting if you've had a few niggles that won't shift.
