Land Training seminar

A Land Training seminar will be held at Alleynes Sports Centre in Stone on Sunday 21st February 2010 from 9.30am - 1pm.

The seminar 'An Introduction to Swim Strength and Conditioning' is suitable for UKCC Level 2 and Level 3 Swimming Coaches.

The cost is £6.50 per person.
