In the run up to the 2012 European Championships we will be meeting members of Team England 2012. Cheadle and England attacker Ady Bennett played in the last World Championships and one of the leading scorers on the team.

I have played at all levels at Cheadle lacrosse club from under 12’s to the first team. Winning the flags twice, the premier league once, the under 19’s plate and the junior flags once and many more between the age of 7-16.

BEST LACROSSE MOMENT?
Scoring the equaliser against both Japan and Australia to put us into extra time. We lost the Australia game by 2 but ended up beating Japan the day after with 8 seconds to go in the second period of extra time.
WORST LACROSSE MOMENT?
Losing to Stockport 15-2 in a senior flag final in 2012 WHAT STICK DO YOU USE? I have used a lot of sticks but one I have used for the last 2-3 years was the evo pro 2.0. Great attackers had. Awesome hold.
EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS:
WHO ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO PLAYING AT THE EUROPEANS?
I am looking forward to playing the Germans again. In the worlds it was good to see them moved into the top group. Let’s see what they can bring to the table.
WHO DO YOU THINK WILL BE THE HARDEST OPPOSITION YOU’LL PLAY?
Again I would have to say Germany but who knows what will happen at championships

I once was part of a dodge ball team (the dodge fathers) we where ranked 17th in the country at one point out of about 500 registered teams. I do play football now and again.

Currently outside of lacrosse my work and my new house take up all mine time.

I cant name one place as there is a few on my to do list. Australia, new york, safari in Africa and Iceland
