The draft programme for the 2008 Regional Open Water Championships, incorporating County Championships for Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk and also part of the asa Grand Prix Series, is now available to view.

There is a swimmer's background information sheet on the website which should be completed and emailed to: eastopenwater@hotmail.co.uk to aid the announcer at the event.
