Phoenix SC (Basildon) are hosting a Swimskills Clinic, led by Bill Furniss (Head Coach of Nova Centurion SC and coach to Rebecca Adlington) at Gloucester Park Swimming Pool, Basildon, on Sunday November 22nd.

This is open to any swimmer aged between 9-17 years.

 The unique Swimskills method developed by Bill Furniss involves a carefully structured progression of drills and skill-work based on the essential principles of aquatic propulsion.  Swimmers are coached to build up the whole skill to make real improvements in their swimming technique.  All the pool sessions are personally led by Bill and his team.

The day will include two pool sessions and land based sessions, including land training and a talk on sports pyschology. The day runs from 10.00am-5.00pm and costs £90.00.
