Further to the recent BAGCAT Regional Champs at Norwich, I felt compelled to congratulate the East Region on the brilliantly run event over the last two weekends.  On behalf of Colchester SC, its coaches and children, we thank all of the officials, poolside and backroom staff for their commitment and dedication in making this event so successful - well done all!
