A performance swim clinic is taking place on the 19th July 2008 at City School, Lincoln from 2-6pm.
The clinic will cover all four strokes, starts, turns and finishes as well as time in the water for all swimmers and a few other interesting pointers on flexibility, mental aspects of sport and questions and answers.
The closing date for booking onto the course is the 11th July 2008.
