An impressive defensive performance by Belgium in the final match today has seen the more fancied India drop two valuable points.

India dominated possession for the vast majority of the match although were unable to create the field goal opportunities that they would have expected.

India also converted just 1 of their 8 penalty corners.

An often uneventful match with India attacking Belgium for long periods without result, both goals came within 4 minutes of each other amongst a frenetic last 10 minutes of the game.

India face a tough match against Malaysia on Thursday, whilst Belgium face a tougher task against Pakistan.
