Another safe and steady performance from Netherlands who have now become the second team to have qualified for the Athens Olympics from this tournament.

Had the Netherlands not uncharacteristically missed three or four missed opportunities in their attacking circle, the score could well have been a much greater margin.

Poland struggled to create chances in attack, also winning just one penalty corner for each half.

Netherlands play Japan on Tuesday, whilst Poland will be playing Spain.
