AURA SPORTS AND AURA PLAY ANNOUNCE

CODEMASTERS AGREEMENT

London – September 15, 2004: Specialist digital sports agency, Aura Sports and sister company Aura Play, who specialise in music and entertainment properties, today announced that they had been jointly appointed by Codemasters to commercialise the company’s website www.codemasters.co.uk. Codemasters is a leading developer and publisher of world-class video games and the company has enjoyed 60 no 1 games in the games charts, with key brands including Colin McRae Rally, TOCA Race Driver, LMA Manager and the Club Football range of team specific titles.

This is the first time that Codemasters have commercialised its website, which attracts over 20 million page impressions monthly, the majority of users are 16-24 males, with high disposable income.

Codemasters.co.uk hosts a range of different features including game downloads, game support, e-commerce, online gaming, games news, and interactive forums.

“The Codemasters website enjoys high levels of very commercially valuable traffic. Between Aura Sports and Aura Play we will be looking to reach agreement with a series of appropriate partners to work together with on the site. This is very much a first, both in the fact that Codemasters have never commercialised their website before, but also this will be the first time that Aura Sport and Aura Play have worked jointly with the same client. Aside from delivering relevant and appropriate advertisers to Codemasters websites, we -

will be looking to develop a series of in-game partnerships for games that are in development still.”
