Payment information Payment must be made when placing your order unless you are an account customer.
Account Customers Terms are 14 days from the date of invoice for account customers. For more information about opening an account, please email creditcontrol@swimming.org.
Credit/debit cards We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Cheque/postal order When paying by personal cheque or postal order, it must be denominated in Pounds Sterling and must be drawn from a UK bank account.
If you are in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about 7 to 10 days as your order will not be processed until your cheque has been received and the funds have cleared.
Please make cheques payable to ‘ASA Awards’ for orders from ASA Awards and ‘ASA Merchandising Ltd’ for orders from ASA Merchandising Ltd.
Delivery Subject to stock availability, we guarantee to despatch all orders by the end of the day following receipt of order. Delivery is subject to carrier/postal performance. the asa can accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, as a result of delayed delivery. If goods are out of stock, despatch of this item may be delayed and will be sent as soon as it is available.
If you’re not available to receive your parcel when it is delivered, the carrier should leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
Delivery Charges Following the introduction of the revised postal charges and increased supplier costs, regrettably the asa has been forced to revise the costs it must charge for delivery.
Returns Returns policy – your no quibble guarantee. To ensure our customers receive their goods in perfect condition, all goods are carefully checked and packed before despatch. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact the Awards Centre within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain your returns reference number. Goods must be received by the asa within a further 14 days.
Goods can only be refunded if they are unused and in good saleable condition. We will exchange the goods, credit your account or refund your purchase in full. Items not returned to us in an “as new condition” will not be refunded and any costs to return the items to you will have to be paid before we can return them.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Missing Items Regrettably, mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please contact the asa quoting your order number and the missing item, and we will investigate the matter further.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact the asa quoting your order number and details of the product. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Return Postage Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item or an item exchanged for another item being returned to us, unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item from us.
If goods are returned, please ensure packaging is suitable and secure and that the goods are accompanied by a copy of the invoice the goods relate to. If any goods are damaged in transit you will need to pursue a claim with the courier or mail service used.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost. We advise that you return goods via courier or insured method as we do not accept liability until the goods are received by us.

Pricing At the time of printing this catalogue, all our awards (comprising of a badge and a certificate) cost £1.50. the ASA reserves the right, without prior notification, to amend prices as market forces dictate.
Security None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.
Our secure server software encrypts your potentially sensitive personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, the asa will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at asa Awards while using the secure server.
