When does this Privacy Policy not apply?

For deliveries made to Europe and the Rest of the World, when duty is charged by customs on goods entering your country this is the customer's responsibility, unfortunately West Bromwich Albion cannot be held responsible for these costs.

Once you've browsed our club shop and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options to suit you.

We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo. 
 
Refunds and Exchange

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be marked for attention of West Bromwich Albion Mail Order Department,

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery; West Bromwich Albion cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section along with the delivery guidelines; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

Cancellation of order

You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 7th working day after you receive the goods, unless your goods have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. Once you have notified West Bromwich Albion that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be recredited when we receive the goods into our returns department, and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition, West Bromwich Albion will make any other refunds to payment card. Cheque or Bankers Draft orders will be refunded by cheque.

Stock Availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will hold the order until all of the items become available. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative, wherever possible.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurately as possible, however colours on the website may vary slightly from actual product colour - please read product description.

Stilecards/ Membership Discounts

Season ticket holders and membership holders are entitled to a 5% reduction on club shop merchandise.

 In order to claim your 5% discount on ordering via the internet .please send an accompanying e-mail stating you order reference number and your Stile Card/Membership Number.

This discount does not apply to items reduced in price or any other promotional offers.
