27-4-06 Worcs. AC T&F warm up meeting

Two Bromsgrove & Redditch senior women ran in the Worcester Athletic Club warm up open meeting on 27th April at Nunnery Wood Sports Centre.

Jo Frost easily won the women’s 100m in 12.9 secs. The second-placed woman came in behind in 13.1secs.

In a field dominated by senior men Helen Russell was the first woman home in her first ever 3000m finishing in a time of 11.25.4. Helen ran a lonely race being on her own for most of the race.
