Congratulations again for another team victory. The ladies won comfortably, while the men came second to Burton. Looking at the points it shows that the pole vault and relay victories swung it for them this time. However it was a sterling effort by all which keeps us all firmly on track for promotion.
Thanks again to all athletes, officials, family members & friends. Look forward to seeing you all at the final meeting in Hereford on Sunday August 2nd.

Above: Jo had tucked behind the leader on the last leg and kicked with 150 metres to go, only to find that the Burton runner had a sprint finish too. Jo held her off for B&R to win the 4x400m relay.
