Timberhonger 10k road race
& Children’s Challenge

Simon Lanckham, Paul Collins and James King were the first three B&R men home and claimed the men's team prize. Not to be outdone, Gemma Clay, Jo Hounsell and Charlotte Ball claimed the women's team prize. There was individual success for Paul Collins (1st MV40), Jane Hawkins (1st FV35) and Charlotte Ball (1st FV45). The race took place on a boiling hot day affecting many runners including Sally Bevan who had to retire late in the race. There was success for the B&R youngsters in the Children's Challenge in Sanders Park as Jamie Scoltock won the boy's race and Orianna Ball won the girl's race.
