The Hilly 100 Relay 2010
Starting and finishing in Stratford upon Avon.

With temperatures hitting close to 30 degrees, it was an eventful day with runners on all teams struggling with the heat. Gavin and Jimmy joined a distinguished list of B&R runners to have gone off course in this event but importantly both got on track and finished their legs to make sure that their teams weren’t disqualified. Our most successful squad this year was our women who started at 5 a.m. and finished one place better than last year to claim the trophies as second women’s team. Thanks to Clive Brown for organising all the teams and following the event throughout the day. Previous B&R competitors in this event, Phil Carbutt and Mike Parker put in an appearance as they cycled the whole course.
