Overview

The BSCTA Midlands is a regional branch of the Association. Originally the Midland District Coaches Forum, then BSCTA Midlands, following ASA Regionalisation, the One is now Three, split into BSCTA West Midlands, East Midlands and east. Despite this the three still worki closely together and are providing coaches and teachers, within these Regions, a platform to have their voices heard by having representation on Techniacal Swimming Committees and Development Committees. It also provides an information source for coaches/teachers and provides educational opportunities for coaches/teachers to improve their knowledge. Members of the three BSCTA committees are teaching and coaching on a daily basis and regularly encounter many of the same problems that all coaches/teachers face from time to time.
