What does my job involve?

As Regional Director I work with and support the ASA East Region Management Board to set and implement the strategic direction and development of swimming throughout the region. This includes establishing operating policies and procedures, ensuring effective governance and working with other regional partners to raise the profile and increase participation and performance in all aspects of swimming.

Background in sport

As both a Swimmer and Water Polo player I benefited greatly from the sport and have always worked in sport from managing a pool complex to developing sport at local and regional levels.
