Due to expansion, SwimSure is looking to recruit swimming teachers who are passionate about their profession.  You will be teaching the ASA National Plan from stages 1-8, teaching small group lessons with a maximum of 6 children.  Experience of teaching Adult/Child lessons would be an advantage, though we fully support ongoing learning by sponsoring ASA qualification / progression to reward commitment.  There will also be opportunities to take 1-2-1 and adult lessons.  A Rescue Test or NPLQ qualification will be required also an enhanced CRB.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, patient and have the ability to help each swimmer achieve their full potential, whilst making sure that the lessons are stimulating and fun.

We are looking to recruit both permanent teachers and also teachers who are available to cover holidays and sick leave.
