British Swimming Judicial Code

Update - 23/12/08:

The British Swimming Disciplinary Code (June 2007) has been amended. These amendments will come into force as from 1st February 2009.

One of the amendments is to the name of the document.  From the 1st February 2009, it is to be called the “British Swimming Judicial Code (February 2009)”.

Update - 01/07/07

British Swimming has adopted a revised Disciplinary Code. To view in full please CLICK HERE.
 
The new Code comes into effect on 1 July 2007 and applies to all complaints under the jurisdiction of British Swimming received on or after that date.

The new Code replaces the previous Disciplinary Code (September 2005).

Please note that the Code relates only to matters within the jurisdiction of British Swimming and shall not apply to any competition or matter wholly within the jurisdiction of any of the Home Nation Associations, ASA, SASA or WASA.
