| GENERAL INFORMATION |
|
Finest sporting moment: Winning gold in the 4x100m Freestyle relay at the World University Games in China 2001, in a new British record. Also swimming the first leg and breaking the British record for the individual 100m Freestyle.
Toughest opponent: Mark Foster in the 50m Freestyle.
Tip for the top: Train hard, but train intelligently. Eat correctly and get sufficient rest.
Favourite song: At the moment I'm listening to Xpress 2 - Lazy….Tune!!
Favourite sport other than swimming: Golf, rugby, F1.
Favourite saying: Dude! (From being in America and living with my room mate who says it every other word!)
Never leave home without: Mobile phone, my parents say that it's attached to me!
Would most like to be remembered as: A great person, and the first British person to go sub 50 seconds for the 100m Freestyle long course.
