Current role(s) and club name/organisation:
Swimming Development Officer for the London Borough of Sutton & Manager of Disability Sub Committee for London Swimming

Proudest achievement:
Formation of a Regional Swimming Squad and seeing London’s disabled swimmers compete at the DSE National Championships.

Seeing London’s Swimmers & Coach complete almost a clean sweep at this year’s London Sports awards (6 awards in total).

What do you enjoy most about the work you do:
Being able to work with so many people who are as passionate as I am about making a difference.

Person or persons that you would like to thank:
Michelle Weltman, Caroline Argent, Janna Callan & William Collins without whose support none of what has been achieved in the last two years would have been possible.

Future aims or aspirations:
To ensure appropriate exit routs exist so that any disabled swimmer in London can achieve their potential & to enhance the network of coaches and clubs to allow this to happen.
