Module 1
Designed to assist ASA qualified swimming teachers to plan interesting, progressive lessons for Adult & Child.

Module 2
Covers the initial process of introducing non-swimmers to the pool environment, developing confidence and early movement in the water.

Module 3
Develops and consolidates the skills and techniques learned in the previous modules and introduces more advanced aquatic skills. It also introduces the early stages of swimming for health and fitness.

Module 4
Specially designed to lay the foundations required to assist in the preparation of young swimmers taking part in the developmental coaching programme of a swimming club.
