Mark played a significant role in winning Showsec’s bid to provide crowd management at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester in 2002, successfully delivering one of the most extensive, complex crowd security and welfare operations ever seen in this country.

Showsec runs a growing network of arena security operations including the MEN Arena in Manchester, which hosts World Championship Boxing, and Trent FM Arena in Nottingham. It is also responsible for crowd management at Manchester City FC’s home, the City of Manchester Stadium, as well as numerous horse racing courses.
