Dr. Both is a Vice President of Dornier Consulting GmbH and head of the business unit transportation/ infrastructure. He has a broad range of international experiences from numerous consultancy assignments as project manager and project director for the World Bank, European Commission, Ministries, authorities, transport and logistics operators as well as other enterprises.

His key qualifications comprise the development of transport strategies and programs, feasibility studies for transport systems, transport telematics systems and applications, institutional strengthening within the transport sector as well as management of complex projects.
