If someone could help me, I'm a bit lost regarding the organisation of the world endurance championship. Apparently, 6 races are only included in the competition this year : but what about the french races like 24H du Mans, Bol d'Or, or even the belgian one (Spa).
What's this mess !!!
Thanks

The six races covered on this site - Imola,
Silverstone, Brno, Suzuka, Oschersleben and
Vallelunga - make up the Official FIM World
Endurance Championship.
Le Mans, Spa and the Bol d'Or were part of the
championship previously but broke away at the end
of last year.

thanks martin,
I just don't think "championship" is really
appropriate anymore to the current situation. Is
there more races considered as endurance races
around the world, a part from those ones ?

Why did they break away? A championship with only
one 24hour round is hardly endurance
racing...it`s more like an extended superbike
race. The French organisers and the FIM should
sort out their differences for everyones benefit.
