This is a new publication for SportAccord in Athens and is designed to be a useful resource tool and keepsake of the event – it will include a review of the conference content, City and IF listings and more, and will be issued with our compliments to all delegates, post event.

Visa  / Accommodation Info
Please contact your nearest Greek Consulate or Embassy to determine whether or not you will require a visa in order to visit Athens.

Hotel Accommodation can be booked through the SportAccord Delegate Registration pages and details of the hotels will be available shortly.

Registration information
 
• Your registration fee includes:

  - Host City Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, 3rd June
  - All SportAccord conference sessions on 4th-5th June
  - Entry to SportAccord Exhibition, 08.30-19.30 on 3rd, 4th & 5th June
  - Coffee breaks, lunches and official networking events on 3rd, 4th, 5th, June
  - Greek Evening on 5th June
  -  Farewell drinks reception 6th June
  - Yearbook to be delivered post-event to the company address.

• A letter of confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours of your on-line registration. This email will also contain information regarding your visa application instructions (if necessary) and on booking your hotel in Athens.

• Those requesting press accreditation will need to indicate a valid press ID with their press number. They will also need to show this together with a valid passport when picking up their accreditation.

• Delegate passes do NOT include access to the federation’s private meetings and conferences.

• Delegates’ travel and hotel expenses or other optional activities are not included in the registration fees.

Registration fee cancellation policy

• Cancellation received on or before May 1st 2008: 50% refund

• Cancellation received after May 1st 2008 : No refund

• Cancellation requests must be made via e-mail, info@sportaccord.com, or by fax to the SportAccord office in Switzerland at +41 (0) 21 601 7569

• All approved refunds will be processed and issued after the convention.

• In the event that you need to cancel your registration to SportAccord, you may, subject to approval, substitute another delegate in your place. In order to do this, please send an e-mail requesting the substitution to info@sportaccord.com. You will need to provide your original registration number at this time. Substitute delegates must complete and return the downloadable registration form and also provide a confirmation letter from you indicating your original registration number.
