Safeguarding and Protecting Children (formerly Good Practice and Child Protection)

Protect yourself, the young people you are teaching/coaching and your employer by understanding and following good teaching/coaching points. Learn about child abuse and how to handle situations if you have concerns.

This 3-hour workshop is an excellent opportunity for anyone involved in swimming to learn and understand more about this sensitive and important subject.

Workshops are specific to swimming and are delivered by ASA Tutors.

In addition, attendance at this workshop qualifies for the mandatory criteria towards the ASA Teacher/Coach Licensing Scheme.
