The ASA’s Swimming Teaching Conference 2009

The ASA’s Swimming Teaching Conference 2009 was based on examining the delivery of quality school swimming.

The conference took place on Thursday 5th March 2009 at the Walkers Stadium in Leicester.

It featured an opening address by Olympic Coach Bill Furniss, information on the Pools in Schools programme by Olympic Bronze medallist and Total Swimming Director Steve Parry and information on the ASA’s National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS).
