We want your opinion on the services the ASA offer!
As a governing body, the ASA would like to offer the best service it can to its membership. In order to do this we need to know how members rate our services. To help with this we are asking you to take 10-15 minutes of time to complete the Member Satisfaction Questionnaire which can be accessed via the following link:
http://www.survey.lboro.ac.uk/asa/
The results of the questionnaire, which will be made public, will provide information that will be used to improve services and therefore the more responses we get the better. Please can you also encourage as many of your fellow members to complete the questionnaire as possible?
If you have any question about the research please contact Dr Leigh Robinson at Loughborough University (
l.a.robinson1@lboro.ac.uk). She will be able to answer any questions you might help.
Many thanks for your time.
David Sparkes
CEO
